Monday, 9/22/14
I forgot my notebook and was feeling under the weather, but hey! I did the work.
Warm-up
Choose 1: 2km row, 1m run, 55 burpees. I chose the 1m run.
Olympic
Clean, 10 x 1 @ 80%, every 90 seconds. I warmed up with 20, then 30, 40, failed at 50 and went back to 43 kg.
MetCon
3 rounds of
25 double kettlebell front squats (I used 35lb kettlebells)
25 sit-ups
There was a 10 minute cap - I only finished 2 sets plus 16 front squats

8 pull-ups
8 toes-to-bar
8 burpees
The numbers are going up, it seems. I wonder what the plan is, here?

Hang Power Snatch, 5x3 EOMOM. I warmed up with 20, 30, and stuck with 32kg for the sets.

90 seconds max front squats (30 kg): 22 / 16 / 11 / 11 / 12
30 seconds rest
30 seconds max pull-ups (strict pull-ups. I'm not good enough at kipping to put together a good string of these): 10 / 6 / 7 / 7 / 6
