Warm-up
A choice of: 1 mile run, 1750m row, or 50 burpees. I chose the burpees.
Olympic
Low Hang Snatch, 5 sets of 3 at 80%, EOMOM. I warmed up with 20 kg, and then went to 29.5 kg (65 lbs) for my sets. I was shaky on a couple of them, but completed all the sets successfully.
MetCon
5 minute AMRAP ladder of:
Burpees (3, 6, 9, 12)
Goblet Squats with 40lbs (3, 6, 9, 10)
A total of 58 reps.
Optional
4 rounds of:
2 minutes to run 200m, then finish with max pull-ups. Rest 2 minutes. Rinse, repeat!
Round 1: 1:07, 4 kipping pull-ups
Round 2: 1:03, 6 kp
Round 3: 1:01, 8 kp (actually a mix of kipping + strict)
Round 4: 1:00, 10 kp (actually a mix of kipping + strict)
