Hang power clean, 5x3 EOMOM: I warmed up with 20 / 30 / 40 kgs, and went with 44kg (a 4kg increase)

MetCon

8 rounds of:

40 double-unders or 100 singles
7 front squats (I did 40kg)
7 lateral bar burpees

There was a 20 minute cap - I finished 4 rounds and 91 singles. Dang.
