Workout Log L

Warm-up

3 rounds of:
200m run
5 handstand push-ups

Olympic

Hang Snatch 4x3 at 70% - 34kg

I warmed up with 20/24/30 and then went with 34. Since I had maxed out light with 36kg, I was really happy to do this much.

Strength

1RM, Front Squat: 65kg

I warmed up with 20/40/50/59 and then did 65kg.

MetCon

3 rounds of:

15 kettlebell swings (53/35lbs) - I went Rx again!
15 chest-to-deck push-ups

I finished in 4:46 - nowhere near the fastest, but also not the slowest. :)
