3 rounds of:
8 pull-ups
8 hand-stand push-ups (I need to work on getting more depth and keeping my feet off the wall)
8 squats
Strength
Front squat, 5 x 1, EOMOM. I warmed up with 20, 30, 40, and 50kg, then did the first set at 54kg, three sets at 57kg, and my last set at 60kg. I am pretty sure I could have done 60kg the whole time; I'll go for it, next time.

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
20 bar-facing burpees
15 deadlifts (50 kg)
I finished 2 rounds + 1 burpee. I need to build up my burpee endurance! To that end, I'll be choosing the burpee option more often when given a choice for warm-ups.
