I've been super lazy about updating, again - with all the fun this weekend, it was the last thing on my mind. :)

Warm-up

Choose 1: 2km row, 1m run, 60 burpees: I chose the run, and finished in roughly 8 minutes.

Strength

Squat 7x3, EOMOM @ 85%. I warmed up with 20, then 40, then 50kg, and did the workout with 60kg.

MetCon

15 - 12 - 9 - 6 - 3 of the following:

Deadlifts (I did 50kg)
Bar-facing burpees
Wall balls (I used the 14lb ball)

The cap was 15 minutes, and I finished in 14:18.
