Warm-up

Choose 1: 2km row, 1 mile run, 50 burpees. I chose burpees.

Strength

Front Squat to Split Jerk, 7x2, EMOM: I did 30kg.

MetCon

12 minute AMRAP of:

10 Hand-stand push-ups
10 Goblet Squats (40lbs)
10 KB swings (40lbs)

I finished 4 rounds.

5 toes-to-bar

and 3 handstand attempts (freestanding).

Olympic Lift

Hang Power Clean, 5x3, EOMOM: I did 40kg.

7 toes-to-bar
7 burpees

I finished 4 rounds and 2 front squats.
