Wednesday workout!

Warm-up

Yet another choose one: 2km row, 1 mile run, or 50 burpees. I chose the burpees again.

Strength

Squat, 5 x 5, EOMOM. I went with 48kg (105lbs) - it was heavy, but I did it.

MetCon

3 rounds of:
16 dead-lifts (50kg/110lbs: Coach Jordan recommended that I start with 70kg. Ahem. HahahahahhahaNO)
8 pull-ups

There was an 8 minute cap, and I finished 2 rounds plus 22 reps (almost got the third round!)

Interval(?)

Death by HSPU or push-up. I finished 11 rounds and got 9 push-ups in round 12 (75 total push-ups).
