143 lbs on the scale today - not really the direction I want to go, but easily within the band. If I can gain 1 pound per month, I'll be a happy camper. On my July 30 weigh-in, I'll check my progress and adjust my daily intake based on that.

425 cal / 14 grams protein: oatmeal (1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 banana)
400 cal / 40 grams protein: protein shake (1 cup soy milk, 1 cup whole milk, 1 scoop protein powder)
160 cal / 06 grams protein: raw almonds (25)
135 cal / 04 grams protein: brazil nuts (4)
200 cal / 20 grams protein: protein bar
420 cal / 35 grams protein: chicken bourguignon
470 cal / 13 grams protain: pbj sandwiches (2)

 Inspired by Amy, I'm moving my food log (previously kept in a notebook) online - it will be lots easier for me to search, I think. The paper one will still continue to be utilized. I'll probably be moving my exercise log online as well.

Weight (am weigh-in, pre-breakfast): 144 lbs

Food Log:

350 cal / 37 grams protein:  protein shake (1 cup soy milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter)
480 cal / 14 grams protein: oatmeal with 1 banana, 1 cup whole milk, 1 tbsp butter
490 cal / 40* grams protein: pork chop with bacon, lentils and potatoes (1 serving each) 
160 cal / 06 grams protein: raw almonds (roughly 25)
135 cal / 04 grams protein: brazil nuts (4)
180 cal / 09 grams protein: protein bar
600 cal / 30 grams protein: tuna noodle casserole (left my journal at home! will update later)
100 cal / 04 grams protein: tablespoon of peanut butter
400 cal / 38 grams protein: protein shake (same as this morning)

Totals (with some estimations):

2895 cal / 182 grams protein towards a goal of 3000 calories and 150 grams of protein.

*Rough, rough estimate on protein here - I'll be trying to collect more accurate data on leftovers!
