Meat Loaf

 This weekend, I made a meat loaf for Amy and Lillian (and myself, of course) - it turned out pretty well! The only problem? It was crumbly and did not hold up to slicing (a must for meat loaf sandwiches, in my opinion).

Amy pointed out that I had used raw onions in the mix; this was probably a contributing factor, so next time the onions will get a sauté before being combined with the other ingredients. The sun-dried tomatoes were a bit chunky, so they will get a more thorough chopping, and I'll need to pay more attention to mixing all the ingredients together. 

Of course, it will still be draped with bacon. :)
